Please give 14 working day before you chase up delivery.

 

Returns

We will only accept returns within 14 days of receipt.

All items returned, MUST be in the original packaging in unused and undamaged condition. With a note with your name and order number and reason for return.
Items must not of been washed. The items must not be stained, have make up marks or be smelling of any bad odours, including tobacco smoke, as a refund will NOT be given.

All returns on undamaged items that do not want an exchange will receive a credit note to the value of the item returned.

Only damaged items and quality issue items will get a full refund once approved.

Please note that the delivery charge for sending items back is non refundable. Only Damaged items will have the returns postage refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are not returned in a satisfactory condition or are not sent back within the 14 days.

All swimwear, underwear and clearance stock are all non refundable/returnable. 

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

We recommend that all items that are returned to us, are via a trackable service and that you keep the receipt until you have received confirmation that we have received them.
